well almost 42... birthday is later this month but here is a vid thats a week or 2 old. looking to add maybe another 20lbs of muscle so I can do a masters show.

You got very good size. I definately could see you putting on some more mass then cutting up and stepping on stage. Keep it up. Im over 40 and it can be tough at times but you can do it.

Nice Muscles you have and good in size. So just need to do some extra heavy workout to tight your muscles.

You have mass, if your not competing or thinking about it than I suggest you up your cardio, diet and cut up. Good job overall but I wouldnt aim at more mass but thats my opinion~
