42g of protein for $1 = cheapest source of protein

Idk why some of you are talking about "depending on" this stuff for protein

I'm just always looking for different options

And one thing about me, I'm lazy

If I have cook a meall at 11pm before going to bed I might just skip eating entirely

But if I can grab a protein bar and chug some milk, then boom

I typically prefer skim milk so if you did skim it would be

72g protein
104g carbs
0g fat

For half a gallon

Or

42g protein
69g carbs
0g fat

For 1/3rd gallon


That's pretty close in macros to a chicken breast/white rice meal a typical bodybuilder on a pre contest diet might eat

Yeah, you try that as your main source on prep and see what happens. Obviously you have no experience in that department. I used to drop dairy anywhere from 2 to 8+ weeks out, it varied.
 
Speaking of milk. This is my occasional summer time treat.

if you think that rice + chicken = milk even when the macronutrients match then you live in a fairy tale lol
your right milk protein is higher quality than chicken protein and the calcium content makes it more nutritious too

Well hold on big guy. Why don't you break it down. Are you concerned about glycemic index or something along those lines? Because I don't think that makes any difference at the end of the day when carbs/calories are equated.
 
What's with those fairlife shakes in gas stations..supposedly hyped...but Is it quality protein like optimum or dymatize isolate?

Milk protein is 80% casein and 20% whey

Honestly bro its great that its working for you but most people cant drink 2L of milk and feel good

I wont even drink that much in one day let alone a sitting.

Try it for a few months then come back and share your results

I will also mention i dont drink it with the intention its doing me any good
 
You actually drink it?? I’m in the same boat, i got a freezer in the garage packed full lol
haha not like that. I was mostly joking. During sex I drink it though. Man we had a freezer full from our first kid but it broke and it all spoiled. Apparently you can donate it

if you think so let it be so I'll just write this - prepare a few people for a competition and let them win a dozen or so pro cards using milk as their main source of protein and I'll change my mind but for now I don't know a single bodybuilder in the world who does that

being a big guy from the gym and being a bodybuilder are two different things
