Nice work V .......pretty impressive with a bad back .[ I know how that is, as I had my second back surgery in a year and half in dec .] Looking thick as well .......something to try ,as your form looked like mine used to be . Try putting a couple of plates under your healsand sit the bar high on your traps . [ a board is better,or better yet order a pair of weighting lifting shoes on line ] .That will keep your back straight and help keep you from bending over as you squat .You will find you will be able to squat butt to heals this way [ which is much better for total leg development ] ......It will cut your weights almost in half at first , but over time you will be able to get closed to what you are doing now and will have have better legs for doing so .........give it try and see what you think ......everyone knows you are a strong guy you got nothing to prove.......but even if you don't do this .....nice lift bro ....hope you have been well ......miss your punk ass around here as of late ....lol....happy easter V

I hear ya bro and your right about that but AWN taught me this squatt its more of like a bounce allows u to go deep but on the way back up time it so u dont lock out, hence this is why my back is never straight , knees are always bent, but yea still I need to straigten the back a bit but I do straiten it with less weight , only the heavy stuff I sort of bend.

All is well im now 245 and climbing in strength rather fast this year , just having fun lifting the heavy, thx for words bro and hope u doing well.

I've nearly always squatted with something under the heals too. Makes a big difference for me. IronMike
 
Strong no doubt. But is there a reason you don't hit parrallel? Do you find staying above produces better results?

My glutes are enormous and extremly strong i dont need to train them or let them do most of the work, I need quads to get bigger so i keep tension on quads up and down.

Its my fist time squatting heavy in 4 years lol , back seems to be ok hope it holds up casue im loving the heavy squatts.

Im no darkhorse bro and i have no intentions of whooping your ass on stage cause im done competing , just having fun is what motivates me the most, hey gl with trying to out leg day Rich lmfao.
