Vander_V said:I hear ya bro and your right about that but AWN taught me this squatt its more of like a bounce allows u to go deep but on the way back up time it so u dont lock out, hence this is why my back is never straight , knees are always bent, but yea still I need to straigten the back a bit but I do straiten it with less weight , only the heavy stuff I sort of bend.
All is well im now 245 and climbing in strength rather fast this year , just having fun lifting the heavy, thx for words bro and hope u doing well.
