1)Speed Squat w/Blue Band 365-6x2
2)Speed Deadlift Straight weight 455-6x1
3)45 degree back raise w/pink band 3x10
4)Wide grip pulldown 315-4x10
5)DB curls 40-3x10
6)Decline ABs 50-4x20
The knee still feels pretty good, I have one more week where I will use 385 bar weight then I will deload and start the process all over again.
