1. Free Squats: 45x3x3, 135x2x3, 225x3 Put on cheesy Inzer Superfriends Briefs: 275x1, 315x1, Put on Suit Bottoms: 405x1-High, 475x1-Close but still high, 545x1-This was a good squat, done with straps up with knee wraps, 575xMiss on the way up.
I am still going to slow into the hole.
I was not comfortable under the heavier weights-I need to work on my lower back more. This did suprise me a bit, I did a 595 High Squat in Jan. and I was much more comfortable with the weight on my back.
