Hi All,
obviously a frequent poster here, but i wanted to stop clogging up the Pictures today section with my shit lol, so i thought you guys might wanna be apart off my journey as i get ready for competition
Decided 3 weeks ago now that i wanted to compete at the end of august, so being leaner already helped me a tonne so i have made a few minor tweaks and now im sitting here (in this pics) at 5 weeks and 3 days out from my qualifier and potentially 10 from the British finals
I'll be competing in the Mens Intermediate u90KG category. My weight here is about 93kg. So i am hoping i can come near the top end of the 80s!
Current training split is 6 days weekly
Sunday - Quads/Hams/Calves
Monday - Chest/delts
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Arms
Friday - Chest
Saturday - Shoulders
Current Macros are
220g protein 360g carb and minimal fat. I am trying a more natty approach this year (nutrition wise) keeping my protein lower and my carbs nice and high.
Cardio is 30 minutes fasted in the AM steady state
Supps
700mg Test E
500mg Primo
50mg Var
From 5 weeks out ill add winstrol in, then depending on condition i will add Tren A in at 3 weeks out, but i am hoping i don't even have to add it in, as i hate the drug.
