Hi All,

obviously a frequent poster here, but i wanted to stop clogging up the Pictures today section with my shit lol, so i thought you guys might wanna be apart off my journey as i get ready for competition

Decided 3 weeks ago now that i wanted to compete at the end of august, so being leaner already helped me a tonne so i have made a few minor tweaks and now im sitting here (in this pics) at 5 weeks and 3 days out from my qualifier and potentially 10 from the British finals

I'll be competing in the Mens Intermediate u90KG category. My weight here is about 93kg. So i am hoping i can come near the top end of the 80s!

Current training split is 6 days weekly

Sunday - Quads/Hams/Calves
Monday - Chest/delts
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Arms
Friday - Chest
Saturday - Shoulders

Current Macros are

220g protein 360g carb and minimal fat. I am trying a more natty approach this year (nutrition wise) keeping my protein lower and my carbs nice and high.

Cardio is 30 minutes fasted in the AM steady state

Supps

700mg Test E
500mg Primo
50mg Var

From 5 weeks out ill add winstrol in, then depending on condition i will add Tren A in at 3 weeks out, but i am hoping i don't even have to add it in, as i hate the drug.

So today is the 2nd chest day off the week. Going to switch around my normal session to try a bit of a different approach so i will be aiming for 6-7 exercises today with 2 working sets per exercise. Keeping the rep range in those working sets between 6-12 reps.

Look MUCH leaner this week, so i think i can just roll with it another week before any changes are required!

Here i am at 5 weeks 1 day out. Upping cardio tomorrow but upping carbs at the same time. Putting in winstrol tomorrow.

Really hate tren lol if i can save it till the last few weeks ill be so happY! lol

Post cheat meal today! Went a bit crazy and ate much more than I should have.....hopefully it should fuel the next week though! Legs tomorrow in the AM!

So today was legs followed by 10 minutes HIIT cardio, have added an extra 10 minutes cardio this week as i have upped my carbs by 30g and added in winstrol at 50mg per day

Leg session was as follows

4 x 20 leg extension (warm up)
4 x 15 single leg standing hamstring curls
10 x 20 barbell squats (GVT style)
3 x 20 Narrow stance Hack squats
4 x 20 Leg press
5 x 20 Leg extension (pump quads up one last time)
4 x 20 Hamstring extension on hack squat
3 x 20 Calf raise superset with Both adductor machines (both 20 sets)

Then it was 10 minutes HIIT on the stairmaster!!!
 
It's all coming together nicely now. Feeling tight, trying to keep muscles full and not come in flat like every single competition i have ever done!

4 weeks and 1 day out today.

Weight is at 200lbs, been a tough week at work travelling up and down the country but just grinding away

Adding in tren tomorrow and bringing down test, hopefully that will help harden me out

Messing about with filters, took this during my last cheat/refeed day before competition. 3 weeks and 5 days to go. Starting to feel a little bit excited by everything now!

24 days out now. Today is a refeed day, hit an all time low in terms of weight. Woke up at 200lbs this morning.

Refeed day is as follows

Meal 1) 6 egg whites + 1 whole egg + 130g oats + 2 chocolate rice cakes + small apple

Meal 2 + 3) 150g Prawns + 350g Jasmine Rice

Meal 4) pre w/o - 120g Chicken Breast + 500g sweet potato + 6 chocolate rice cakes

Meal 5) 400g 0% Fat greek yoghurt + 0.5 scoop whey isolate + 130g frosties

Meal 6) 100g Chicken + 100g Moatloaf bread

Total for the day should be around 250g Protein and 700g carbs.

I try to double my carbs on refeed days, find that is most affective without overdoing it!

Try Tren E next time dude. I used to have all sides with Tren A but with Tren E absolutely no sides, not even Tren Cough and you sleep well at night. I ran it for 8 weeks out of my show. Just alittle tip for next time.
