Thanks guys for the comments I want to do my first show soon this is actually my off season look my naturally very vascular I am 240lbs in that last picture I have been taking in at least 1000 grams of carbs a day to try to put on more weight.. You have to eat to grow and I eat as much as I can. I will post new progress pics soon started a new training routine just recently body is already responding..

Ive known E for almost 7 years-- good majority training together-
He has always had nice round biceps. Eye catching proportions.

He contemplated using to get over the 19 in mark for 2 years and he finally did it.. THey look remarkable in Pic and Freaky up close
