Its realy hard to tell with the lighing and you being so dark , you have a good shape i think but it nearly impossible to see and defination.

Try stepping backas far as you can that way the light over head is shining down in front of you or get a couple lamps and place them in the room in front of you so their is good light cast onto you and allow us to see defination and so on

It's a show in NC. the elite something or other, a national qualifier.

The Elite Muscle Classic is a big show. LOTS of competitors show up trying to get their NQ for the next year since it's the last show in NC every year. I did the novice heavys last year and that was tough.

You look good, though, nice shape and size. Hard to see your conditioning though with the lights. From what I can see it looks like your legs maybe lower back are behind where you should be. But I don't know you so that may be the last thing to come in for you and you already know that, so please take it with a grain of salt.
I only bring it up because dudes in NC have been bringing it the last couple years when it comes to coming in conditioned. Good luck bruh.

is def. your strong point here

you have tiny joints with full musclebellies.....

back width is great.....thickness not so great

conditioning in the second set of pics looks on point bro

legs are behind......but your quad separation is tits

bottom line......you need mass to go further....or (make your phyique better)

you have everything there that you need

yeah, my legs are ALWAYS the last thing to come in! I checked out the elite last year and it was a good show, so definitely gonna bring my best

This past May?? Then we must have seen you on stage! Congrats on your placing!!! :headbang: We will go look you up!! Mr. Q took competed in that show and won the super heavy weight .....our friend Tim took LHW and won the overall show!!! I was there running around backstage and helping my friend out w/ her Sacrifice booth!! Small world.... huh?!?

Keep doing what your doing and don't try anything to extreme with carb manipulation and water ant the end and you will come in peeled!

legs are behind in size in conditioning. but overall you look very good. nice shape. conditioning is good, overall you should do well...just come in ripped to the bone and you should do very well...210, you should be able to make lightheavy's in 3.5 wks

same thoughts here. next offeason hammer the legs, delts and more thickness. great physique bro
