Phil is helping me out now, and things seems to work out well! Doing all things different from what I'm used to, but feels good

If things were progressing so well following Big A's diet, why did you switch to Phil's?

BigA's diet is very extreme, yet very effective. But I was told by locals to slow down a bit, but really didn't know how to do that. Also Phil said he was confident he could help me out now so I just went for it. BigA skips the last week preps, which is understandable since it's a very individual thing. Now I have Phil taking care of that

It's so great to have a coach close up to a contest like I am now. I just do exact what he says and don't think so much about why, instead of being on your own and always have in the back of your head, thoughts about if your doing the right thing or should make adjustments, and what do the last week and so on. It's just more relaxing, and I think progress speeds up just from that.

Fanfuckingtastic. You look awesome. great vascularity and dry. You will need to hold on to that for the next few days. Just listen to PHIL and you are dialled right the fuck in!!!! Phil's athletes always have this shredded to the bone look. You are there bro! When this one is over retain Phil's services to help add some size. You have unreal potential! This should be a very successful show for you. Good work!!
