Thanks Shelby. These were taken at kind of a weird time, after an hour of cardio, a dozen egg whites, 1-1/4 cups of oats (it's was a high-carb day for me), and probably a half gallon of water. I hadn't planned on progress pics today, but the weather got nice all of a sudden. I'm definitely a little tighter (especially in the midsection) first thing in the morning and without a huge breakfast in me.
Cool... I figured as much. Lower back needs to be leaner, but also looks like it's a bit "watery" too.
As for the side chest, I noticed it the second I saw the picture. I need to work on my side poses more for sure. I'm still working on getting a little lower with my legs too.
