Well...I've replaced 300 grams food protein with 100 grams EAA , and get 100 grams of protein from meat per day.
It seems the less animal protein I have, the better I feel.
So I was hoping to lower my meat consumption even more with the pea/rice protein as replacements.
You're basically saying I could get away with just pea protein or rice since I'm using EAA?
I was also thinking of adding in a lil BCAA to this regimen.

yup.....very rarely though will you get a powder that is incomplete....
veg powders would really be the only culprit....
