5000mcg injectable B12

I have two 100ml (5000mcg per ml) vials of injectable B12.

My question is, what would you do with this.

No man i dont, at that doses i was telling you it will make your b12 levels high but from what ive read up you have to take lots of b12 to actually do any damage. I take weekly b12 shots with glutathione been doing it a while now a feel great.

That’s the higher end concentration, but not abnormally high.

Just do 1000mcg 3 times a week. 1/5th a ml a time and that bottle lasts you a good amount of time.

Feed supply stores by me don’t require a prescription for anything like this. Not sure about where you live.

I would check your B-12 levels..I did the same amount for 4 months, and it climbed through the roof..which docs do not recommend
