500mg Test E, 300mg Primo, 300mg Tren A for cutting.

Serious question — what exactly do you think is wrong with this cycle?

The guy is 170 cm tall, 93 kg at around 12% body fat. That means he’s carrying close to 80 kg of lean mass — basically stage-ready weight. 1100-1200mg total is more than enough for a blast in this case
How much gear do you think someone at that level should be using?
I knew I'd get some criticism when I came to this forum, because I know it's frequented by big bodybuilders and people who use high doses of Gears.
But what "shocks" me is that they're not even criticizing the use of insulin or GH, but rather that I'm consuming too "light" a dose of Gears for a blast.

But no problem I accept criticism, I take advice

I absolutely do not think that the doses you use are too low, especially since your GH and insulin seem to be well and thoughtfully set, which gives a synergy effect - the only problem and in fact the biggest and worst possible one is the lack of consistency in the diet, and without it you will always go around in circles

I also completely agree with you.
I'll have to be more careful between my Blasting -> Cutting phases to avoid this kind of situation.

You lack discipline samurai, all the drugs in the world won't make up for that!

Just being honest.....sorry 😔

Perhaps. But perhaps not everyone has it in them to do what it takes to get to competition levels of conditioning. I have seen JP talk about this. When food cravings take over it is time to slowly reverse. Maybe he can go a little farther conditioning wise each time and it is a process and after a few times he gets the hang of it.

I just think it isn't necessarily a lack of discipline. Maybe it is more a testament to just how hard it is to get to the level someone like you does and how hard it really is.

I thought GLP’s fixed that. 😂

I through you were making a dramatic exit lol.

Anyway, like I said to Bboy above. Not everyone has what it takes to get to the extremes you do. Ya know... "bodybuilder extreme" and all. Perhaps he just needs more time and practice and isn't lazy or undisciplined just you guys are just that good at what you do that you take it for granted.

Or maybe I am totally wrong and he is lazy as can be. Just presenting another side lol.

You really gotta let that go man. Lol You of all people know personal shit in life comes up. I read your threads and logs on here. I don’t believe you did any of that for attention. Shit happens. We are human and all in this together. 👍🏼

But the above was just a joke. I think @b-boy was spot on. More so, bodybuilders have to really learn to embrace the off season as a prep and view it as the time to grow and progress. I’d bet if the OP treated his off season like a prep he’d lose that feeling. I also had a mentor in this sport once tell me- “I’ve never seen a bodybuilder get fat eating healthy/clean foods”. I believe that to be very true.

I know the importance of nutrition in our sport, which is why I insist that during my cutting phases, everything goes very well.
Clearly you don’t know the importance. Nutrition detail is essential year round no matter the phase.

this guy, now all about giving ppl shit about their perrsoonal decisions . whats wrong . hes doing his doses backwards. he should be ggoing higer leading into the show.. dont be a know it all.. doesnt bode well in USA country,.

Hello,

Thank you for your well-constructed response and your arguments, which I, of course, take into account and understand.

I'm willing to admit I'm not the most knowledgeable person on the subject of gears, but I don't share your opinion.
IMO, not everyone needs to increase their gears to 3g+ or systematically incorporate TREN into every cycle.

To you, all this may seem "light," but for me, it's already enough. I'm not here to become an IFBB PRO.

If you have any other suggestions, don't hesitate. I'm open to your advice and I'm here to communicate with the utmost respect.

Thank you.
the womens division quote is a quincy taylor joke he made to pj braun...if anyone here actually follows the sport.

To be fair is that not literally what you just did? Not to mention OP is literally asking for feedback

I don't know if it's a language barrier but I don't understand any of this

All I know is technically USA probably is ironically actually one of the best places to be a know it all since freedom of speech is an amendment right 🤷‍♂️ 😂

Oh relax man. I didnt call you a shit human! You were dramatic and said you were "leaving". You can take the ribbing for it for a little lol.

Anyway your quote is a good one. I know I myself have never gotten fat on chicken and rice. But ice cream and cake.... And yeah I agree also with your point of making off season as regimented as prep. I am sure you are spot on. My point is just that we talk about genetics on this site. But mainly regarding tolerance to PEDs or muscle building or shape. But the genetic ability to have it in you to do these things isn't for everyone. Be it getting big force feeding meal after meal or getting shredded with low energy and cravings. Just as those that are very very good at both of those perhaps dont genetically dont have it in them. Most candidates dont drop from BUDS because of a lack of discipline. It is a lack of ability. Desire and ability is very high. The same could be said for something like minor league baseball. Or the academic endurance to pass med school.

Maybe it is a lack of discipline. But maybe not is all im saying. I think those that are very good at something sometimes forget that what they are so good at isn't easy or even possible for others.

Yes, genetics is also a psychological aspect - either you have balls and control yourself and your whims and you can force yourself to do things that you sometimes don't feel like doing - we call it DISCIPLINE

DISCIPLINE can definitely be learned but there is one BUT you have to really want it

In some ways I agree it can be learned or enhanced. That is what we do at Parris Island at Marine Recruit Training.

But do you have the discipline to stay awake sitting in a gun truck being up over 24hrs with no food? Do you have the discipline to prioritize your education for 7-10 years over everything else in life? Do you have the discipline to quit a drug you are dependent on cold turkey?

And maybe you do for all these things Luki. But some people in this world have the discipline and drive to be great at anything. They could be pro bodybuilders (minus the physical genetic component), lawyers, doctors, CEOs. I knew a kid... salutatorian in high school while taking college credits, state finalist wrestler, went to an Ivy League, got a double masters in 5 years while wrestling D1... ran a marathon for the first time just for fun. That kid can do anything. But he is in the gross minority.

That is all I am saying. Discipline can be trained to some point. But there is definitely a genetic component just like everything else. That is all I am saying.. to not jump to conclusions when the topic is something you are really really good at for many years and might take how good you are at it for granted.

Im sticking up for the anyman haha

Some people have it and don’t realize it because of other mental issue or life stressors.

Discipline is the most important thing.
Without discipline, you can’t go far in bodybuilding — or in anything else. Of course, you need discipline for everything in life. But the best kind of discipline is when you actually enjoy what you’re doing.

If you’re doing bodybuilding only because you like the way it looks — but you hate the process — you won’t last long. You need to love the process. Love the training, the meals, the routine. If you don’t love it — that’s fine — but go find something else. Something that makes you happy.
When you enjoy something, discipline becomes much easier.

People who had hard lives from a young age usually have stronger discipline. Now we live in a different world. A lot of younger people — not even teenagers, but guys born after 2000 — never had real problems. Parents gave them everything.
Now when they face a small problem, they feel depressed or anxious. Even little things become too much.

Back in the day, we didn’t have that. Our parents didn’t baby us. If we fell and cut our knee — no one rushed to help us. Sometimes we even got yelled at for making a mess. Sounds crazy, but it was like that. And you can see the difference — people born in the ’70s or ’80s usually have stronger minds than those born in the late ’90s or 2000s.
It’s not about being better — it’s just a different time. But if you want to grow, in bodybuilding or in life — you need discipline. And the best way to keep discipline is to love what you do.

I kind of like this new introspective philosophical Luki

Not sure what’s changed in the last few months or so for you, but glad things seem to be going well. You definitely seem a lot happier

Bro nothing has changed and everything has changed - I just look at everything from a different perspective because I'm simply getting old lol

Discipline I believe is engrained in us or not from a young age. Being taught to do things that we “must” do even if we don’t enjoy it.

I think it can also be learned as you said in your other post with Luki by finding something we “want” more than we dislike the task or process to get there. But that’s much easier if it was taught to us as a kid.

All good insights and points. And all good on the “ribbing”, but let’s move it along. Lol
