500mg Test E, 300mg Primo, 300mg Tren A for cutting.

Thank you all for your replies.

I've taken everything you've posted into consideration.
I'm currently finishing my Blast, with three weeks left. Afterward, I'll do a good cutting. I sincerely believe that in eight weeks, remarkable progress can be made on my body fat percentage.
Afterward, I'll make sure my off-season is as clean as possible, and I'll treat this period as a deadline; I'll take it as seriously as cutting.

Thank you.

Discipline is the most important thing.
Without discipline, you can’t go far in bodybuilding — or in anything else. Of course, you need discipline for everything in life. But the best kind of discipline is when you actually enjoy what you’re doing.

If you’re doing bodybuilding only because you like the way it looks — but you hate the process — you won’t last long. You need to love the process. Love the training, the meals, the routine. If you don’t love it — that’s fine — but go find something else. Something that makes you happy.
When you enjoy something, discipline becomes much easier.

People who had hard lives from a young age usually have stronger discipline. Now we live in a different world. A lot of younger people — not even teenagers, but guys born after 2000 — never had real problems. Parents gave them everything.
Now when they face a small problem, they feel depressed or anxious. Even little things become too much.

Back in the day, we didn’t have that. Our parents didn’t baby us. If we fell and cut our knee — no one rushed to help us. Sometimes we even got yelled at for making a mess. Sounds crazy, but it was like that. And you can see the difference — people born in the ’70s or ’80s usually have stronger minds than those born in the late ’90s or 2000s.
It’s not about being better — it’s just a different time. But if you want to grow, in bodybuilding or in life — you need discipline. And the best way to keep discipline is to love what you do.
Yea discipline is the big one.

I used to think I lacked motivation (and I do much of the time). But discipline is really the most important trait for success in anything and life in general. Forcing yourself to do shit you dont want to do on a consistent, daily, metronomic basis.

I used to have the following quote up on my wall, its now in storage. I think its time to bring it out again.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Discipline I believe is engrained in us or not from a young age. Being taught to do things that we “must” do even if we don’t enjoy it.

I think it can also be learned as you said in your other post with Luki by finding something we “want” more than we dislike the task or process to get there. But that’s much easier if it was taught to us as a kid.

All good insights and points. And all good on the “ribbing”, but let’s move it along. Lol
One of the best things my parents ever did for me was make me work a job from the age I was allowed to
