51 grams of protein in this burger?

I almost bought this today but the fat count is just way too much. But does anyone else see a problem with this label? 51g protein, 29g fat, 373 calories.

Well first off the math adds up to 465 calories and at a little over 5oz how the hell are they getting 51grams of protein? All the other 80/20 burgers that are 4oz have protein in the mid 20's. I actually want to contact the company to ask what's up with this.

That cannot be correct unless there's some sort of additive. Contact the company.

With 373 calories there's no way that's right. If the fat is 29, which sounds right for 80/20, then there are 261 far calories. That leaves 112 which would be 28g protein. That sounds much more reasonable. Must be a misprint.

I only get 80/20 from 5 guys when I cheat! Otherwise it's 93/7 grassfed. Depends on your goal but I don't see a reason to get anything beside leaner cuts at least 90/10 and then add fat from another source if needed.

The reason would be that the saturated fat from grass-fed beef is one of the healthiest fats you could consume.

If you're getting lean grass-fed beef you are defeating the whole point. The difference is in the fatty acid profile of the animal.
