53. NOLVADEX- 200mg test ethanate

Great forum. Say your 50 and been hitting weights for 30years. Blood work great. Started first cycle of test cypionate at 200 every 3 days. Start getting itchy and blood test shows test at 1800 and estrodiol is at 70pg/ml. You get itchy .sore nipples. 20mg nolvadex should do the trick? Or should add a ai. 12.5 arimdex 2 LX a week. Nolvadex won't lower your estrogen you need an AI like arimidex or aromasin

Cool .thank. I have done some research. Just needed to clarify. So it's ok to lower estrogen with AI to say 30 if your Test is at 1800+. Not sure about test to e2 ratio. Thanks again

30 would probably be too low at that test level, 40 or even 50 will probably be fine.

Like @Kaladryn said 40-50 unless the gyno symptoms don't go away estrogen helps grow muscle so you want some to continue to grow

Also, you seem to be a relatively "low aromatizer" as most people will be closer to 100 estro at that test dose, I would use the absolute minimum amount of AI.

You said "12.5 arimidex" I hope you meant aromasin.

If you are using arimidex .25mg EOD would be a good place to start.

If you are using aromasin 3mg ED or 6mg EOD would be a good place to start.
