I'm happy to say that yesterday I hit 53" on the plyometric boxes yesterday. I tried 55" but just missed it! I wish I had a vid! I have been on Phil's training system and to my surprise gained a little bit on my verticle jump. Granted I have been doing some plyometrics for cardio, but I really expected to lose a little on my max plyo jumps. Anyway just had to tell someone, as I was working out at my old high school and a lot of the teenagers were around , and I had to look like this was no big deal (meanwhile I was squealing like a school girl on the inside).
