The first one was either at the end of his prep or just after so doubtful thats all one would be on, but who knows.
He has not made dramatic improvements, therefore, who cares about the scale?
Yeah my old training partner that arm wrestled would make weight at his weigh-in....and be 12-15lbs heavier the next day when the meet started.Rebounding can add weight quickly. I weighed in at my first contest at 172 lbs. And the next morning on the same scale I weighed 191. So 19 lbs overnight. And I didn't even pig out all that much. Gaining weight quickly after a prolonged diet is not rare.
Alot of hate going on here. Scale never matters it's how the condition and physique looks. And here it's a massive improvement. Water or not. Most guys can't do that in 3 year let alone 2 months.
