contest is 2 weeks from yesterday........
56 year old been in gyms for 10 years...competed 1st time last year...did ok. This year I tried to commence my cut at a lower weight and be more disciplined Started out at 94kg (~207) about 16/52 ago
To date now at about 83kg (~187) and just onder 8.5% b/f Contest is 2 weeks from this coming Sat.
My diet/programme atm is
Walk 45-60" in AM - I have a double cup of coffee + some grapefruit juice and glutamine
After this a protien shake.
Mid AM: small m/waved potato and a protien shake + psyllium husks (used in my shakes...)
Lunch:Either a 6 egg white omelet + lettuce or 200g of fish w/lettuce
Mid PM: same as mid AM
Dinner: 300g of fish or chicken with big salad
Laterotien shake + Glutamine
I go to gym and do heavy 4-5 x per week usually at lunch or late PM. Take BCAA after gym and before sleep.
Supps: Over the 16 weeks used ECA for about 1/12.
One week ago started Clen ramping to 180ug/day (divided into 2 doses) stacked w/T3 ramping up and down to a max of 100mcg/day.
Next 2 weeks are critical and would appreciate your thoughts
I'm not vascular atm at all but that may be because of a carb-deficit atm.

ALSO...He told me to mention:
1. Last b/f anaylysis i had done via the Australian Institute of Sport using their methds (about 1 week ago), I had lost only 100g of lean in the past 3 weeks and my weights in the gym are still going up so Im reasonably happy with that.
2. Re the carb up...GULP...last one where I had substantially more than I do now......GULP....maybe a month or 6 weeks ago...maybe more.....
Dont ask me where I get my energy from but I can do all my gym and cardio and work f/t on that carb base.
Any suggestions???
