I just wanted to give you an update on my buddy i have been preparing for the NPC San Diego ON March 20th.. Hes flying in from in from Sweden, hes 44 years old and 4 weeks out..

As a 46 year old, I can really appreciate this guy's dedication and sacrifice. And people of any age should appreciate his ability to achieve his goals. Go Big Swen! Go Alex.

Thanks.. Im happy to work with this guy.. and the story behind it is this...

I met him at the NPC San Francisco in 08.. he won the super heavy class but... lost the overall to non other than the 140lb bantam weight..

This dude was massive but his condition was off.. And we started talking.. His wife is a harcore bber as well and they flew into town to do the show together.

She won the overall and he should have too.. He contacted me later after the show and in 20 years of competing has never worked with anyone or really had any guidance.. .other than his own hard work..

I asked him specifics about his prep and knew i could really help him get the condition that he needed..
So.. we started in the off season.. He kept leaner than ever.. i had him looking like a bodybuilder in the off season... doing some cardio and eating a structured diet...staying much tighter than ever...

He decided to hire me for his prep and it was on... He started his prep in way better shape than ever and he has slowly dialed in just as planned.. things so far could not have gone better..

and the best is yet to come! the last 4 weeks .. this dude is going to change dramatically in a good way...
I will keep you updated..

Alex, Your guy looks great. He will be hard to beat. Nothing better then being older and still achieving that kind of conditioning.

I want too.. but i didnt want to flood the board.. i will try to keep the thread going..

people that know me, know my prep... and what i do at 4 weeks out... and this dude is four weeks out..... so its really going to start happening...

I look back at some of my best conditoning..... and at 4 weeks out i looked nothing like i did at 2 weeks out.. so thats how much the body changes in that short of time..

And honestly ... this guy doesnt need a whole lot of changing to happen.. just needs to get a little harder, darker .. and game is on.. hes been competing 20 years.. never had any help...anyways...

i think for 4 weeks out.. hes right were he needs to be.
