hey guys been doing alot of research on insulin and put together this protocol, would like to see what everyone thinks. any changes or more information is appreciated. thanks
Eat solid food meal containing protein and carbs 1 to 1.5 hours before train
-15 mins before workout 5 iu humalog
-Right after shot drink 25g of whey protein 50g dextrose carbs
While training sip on shake containing 25g whey protein 10g bcca 5g glutamine 5 creatine and simple carbs(gatorade powder) always have glucose tabs with me during train just in case.
End of workout have another shake containing 50g whey protein no carbs or solid meal no carbs or fat.
