I have added 5lbs of muscle since joining PM. I credit this to some of the great knowledge freely shared on this board and gym consistency. I just upped my level of intensity after reading Big "A's" primer in the gym. I am still using 4 day splits however, and looking to hire one the pro's to reach my signature goals. I was very pleased because my body fat remained constant so this is a pure muscle addition to my big frame. Now...25 more lbs and 4.5% less body fat.
