1)Reverse band Deadlifts 675x1
2)CHG back raised 12" 3x10
3)Shrugs 185,225,275,315x10
4)DB curls 40,45,50x10
5)The Wheel- 3x20
I don't pull very often but today was a very strong pull with another 20 left. If I subtotal out I will need a 672 to go over 2100. My SI joint is out again so I kept it really simple today.
