Diet for the first 3-4 months changed quite a lot as I pushed up to 270-275lbs at my heaviest but was fat as fuck, I started dieting for my shows at 270lbs and now im 225lbs, so its quite a fluctuation over 6 months.
But here is what a day of eating was for me normally when I was trying to gain size, it was literally just all shit food all the time.
M1: 50-60g whey isolate, 2 pop tarts, 4 slices toast, 4-6 eggs
M2: chicken or beef in curry sauce, 250-300g white potato or rice, garlic bread or naan bread
M3: 2 tins of sardines, 3-4 slices toast or some macerkel and some bread
M4: 60-90g whey isolate
M5: 3-4 burgers or some chicken wraps, loads of fries and ice cream
M6: Yoghurt, nuts, chocolate, 50-60g whey and loads of sugary drinks
Gear was
8 weeks
800mgs Test E/C blend
then I swapped over to this
6 weeks
50mgs Test suspension + 50mgs dbol per day
then I came off everything cold turkey for 4 weeks until I started my prep in June, didn't crash at all really but I wanted to shut myself down on purpose so when I went on pre-contest cycle I would grow for the first few weeks.
