Does the body knows what a week is? Bodybuilding revolves around weekly cycles like everything the body does takes a week... saying 6 once a week is the same as 3 twice a week is as idiotic as saying 24 once a month is the same as 6 once a week (and of course the same as 3 twice a week)
From the title of this thread to the perceived winner of the Mr. Olympia, it seems to be all subject to one or a group of peoples thoughts. Tell me what can we agree on? Maybe we can build on this. Lift more weight, take more roids or eat more food, I guess we can all agree to that, but the actual routine itself forget it.
