6 SETS ONCE A WEEK.. OR 3 SETS TWICE A WEEK..?

Does the body knows what a week is? Bodybuilding revolves around weekly cycles like everything the body does takes a week... saying 6 once a week is the same as 3 twice a week is as idiotic as saying 24 once a month is the same as 6 once a week (and of course the same as 3 twice a week)
 
It comes down to recovery, which in theory is your genetics. Off course a good diet and gear would aid in this.
 

From the title of this thread to the perceived winner of the Mr. Olympia, it seems to be all subject to one or a group of peoples thoughts. Tell me what can we agree on? Maybe we can build on this. Lift more weight, take more roids or eat more food, I guess we can all agree to that, but the actual routine itself forget it.
