When should I start dropping my carbs. Currently I'm around 212lbs from 236lbs. I have six weeks and 5 days left before the show.

Currently my carbs are between 270 and 300grams a day

300 grams of protein a day.

and 3000 cals. a day

I'm on T3, Clen and Tren. Tren at 350 a week and 2tabs of T3 and 4tabs of Clen.

I just need to know when I should start dropping my carbs. I usually eat my last carb meal at 8pm. As my last workout begans at 6:30pm. I go to bed around 1am.

well i dont know how you look but id say drop them now bro. you got to deplete yourself and when its time to carb up your gonna be so sensitive to insulin youll blow up and be full and hard like you wanna be, thats the theory anyhow. i dont eat anywhere near those carbs bro and im smaller than you. but maybe you look great with that amount of intake.

I cant really say, if you should drop your carbs or not...Becuse if you look good and you are getting leaner, then you wont need to. It really depends, on how you look at this point in your precontest prep...

Chris I just sent u the pictures of me 9weeks out and 8weeks out. I'm less weight now with 6weeks and 5 days to go. I will send u more pictures tonight of what i currently look like.

Nute...I was going to email you, but my email is still messed up so im going to post my thoughts on here...

For 6 weeks out, to me...You are a little behind. But, you have plenty of time to get in the shape you need to win...So my suggestion is to start to carb cycle...

This is how I would do it for the next two weeks

Day 1-2 150 grams of carbs (75 meal 1, and 75 post workout or no workout that day then 75 grams at meal 2)

Day 3-4 300 grams of carbs (75 per meal, first 4 meals)

Stick to complex carbs (except post workout) such as oatmeal, brown rice, yams, ect...

Keep your protein at 300 per day, make sure its all clean protein - chicken breast, turkey breast, ect...If it was up to me, I would still have one red meat meal a day or every other day...

After 2 weeks if you want anymore advice, I will gladly help you...

Just to let you know, Im going to the Ottawa show this weekend...im only going to pre-judging, but if you want, I could take a look at you there...
