6 weeks free.....wht training and diet?

Like to hear some ideas. I have the next 6 weeks.totally free, no work, no stress. I can just eat, sleep and train. How would u maximize this opportunity? Looking to get some size but mostly to lean up a bit.....how would u set ur daily schedule? I also have all the time to cook anything i want.
 
I would go for a recomp, that will fit the goals you have presented here. I would use some fast acting compounds, timed nutrition (i.e protein veg fat meals through day, high carbs around workout) add cardio, hit bodyparts 2x per week and get lots of sleep haha.

You will be surprised at how far a solid consistent diet will take you, i am in a similar position. I am now permanent based at home, so have no problems eating my diet, doing cardio, getting rest etc. and my gains have been incredible (for me) and the main thing was diet to be honest.

^^^^^ THIS!!!...couldn't have said it any better...nutrition, nutrition......nutrition!
 
^ Omega just killed it. When training body parts 2x week, I like to smash them with heavy tension (6-10) reps one time, then the next workout do some hypertrophy (8-12) and pump work (15-20) reps.
