yes i did, bad tear, purple from my wrist all the way down to my waist, wish i had insurance at the time so i could of had it fixed, bothers me alot.

also this time i have a tear on both quads, well not the quad the tendon that attached over my knee, had a mri done.
doctor told me not to do legs anymore, hurts like a bitch but hey do we listen? nope lol cant do to much, i can see i have lost size in them, happen last oct

body is starting to fall apart, i really shouldnt even try this anymore but it is something i love to do like all of us. i'll be 47 this yr
