Here are some pics from this morning. I was 203 today.

This week I dropped down to 1 high, 2 medium, and 4 low carb days. Cardio is 50 minutes in the morning on all the mediums and lows, and 40 minutes in the afternoon / evenings on just the lows.

All constructive criticism is welcome.

what are your carb/fat amounts for low/medium and high days

My high days can be anywhere from 600g to 1500g carbs. Fat is always kept very low on those days.
My low days are around 90g carbs, with about 50g of added fats, and medium days are about 200g carbs with about 25g added fats.

Cardio is about the same as usual, my legs are just bigger this year :cool:

Shelby, the waist is looking better as well.

Something I am going to work on as I diet down for summer is the vacuum pose. It looks like you can pull that off in some of your shots, front lat etc. I used to like how Tony Pearson looked when he did that pose. Remember him?

You back is looking much harder in this set of pics. :)
 
I hope you post a solid before set of pics next to your peak day, I'd love to see that.

Let his diet be a good lesson to some of the guys who try doing under 150 grams of carbs/day the entire show prep, it really isn't necessary for some people and will actually make them look worse, way to go
