Hey guys,

Just wanted to keep you all updated on my progress since some of you asked. These pics were of me last week before I got the flu. I was 246 in the pictures almost 40lbs above what I weighed in at the Jay Cutler Baltimore Classic. Right now I'm gonna be taking it easy reducing the volume and frequency slightly.

Thanks bro. We kept cardio in up till 5 weeks post show. The last week we pulled cardio. All thermos were pulled at 1 week post show which was just a small amount of t3.
 
Can you elaborate on frequency volume etc?

What did you diet on low fats or mod fats

I've got the flu my head isn't right at the moment. Lol. I read this again and realized I didn't answer it. When I started my diet in August I weighed 244 a lot fluffier than what I am now. If I'm 6% here I was 12% then.

Yeah sure. For my rebound I did a 4 on 1 off 3 on 1 off slit to target my weak body parts.
Monday hams triceps calves
Tuesday biceps shoulders
Wednesday legs (hams/quads)
Thursday arms shoulders
Friday off
Saturday legs
Sunday biceps back
Monday triceps shoulders
Tuesday off
Wednesday repeat.

So with me going on cruise for a short period of time I'll bring the frequency down by simply doing a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off split. I will listen to my body a bit more, If I feel tired I'll take the day off.

Volume will go down slightly for example instead of doing 4 exercise for 4 sets of 8-15 for biceps. I'll do 3 exercises for 4 sets of 8-15.

When I was dieting for the show we did started moderate fat then went to low fat (trace fat last couple weeks).

Post show rebound

I did cardio 30 min 3x a week on the treadmill the first week and kept tapering it down to 25min 3x a week to 25min 3x a week to completely dropping it the last week.
 
Awesome rebound, I talked to Compton for a long while at the Kentucky muscle this year and if things line up for me we may work together.
 
Shit! I wish I got to see you on stage at that show never was able to get to it... You planning on any other competitions around that region?

Thanks Brad. That's great to hear man. He's a great coach. In the past I've had the problem of being flat and shredded at the same time. With Justin I was full and the most shredded I've been yet. I recommend you go with him you won't regret it. Can't wait to see you in the 212s.

Lol remember me, you and Julius Paige did the Tricky back in 2009. That was fun
