Im gonna post some more pics today..currently 150.8lbs..starting to flaten out a bit..(trying to bring in those glutes)..staying strong and not tired..C 175g P 200g F 45g...2 refeed days now monday and friday 350g carbs..

Thanx bro!!!! Yeah, I dont really know my bodyfat? But I can tell you that I still need to tighten up all over and lose some fat from my lower back, glutes and hams.. :)

yup, those are the same spots I hold fat too. Are you running any gear?? Vascularity looks good too
