I thought a few of you might want to see these guys over 60 competing. In recent threads, there have been some pretty derogatory comments made about older guys - granted, that was in an inflammatory context.

I hope I put the link in correctly. It's always good to see this kind of video; it is motivating and provides one with clarity about future goals.

Everyone of them looks awesome. Good for them for having the dedication to do more than most of the people 20 years younger.

That's a good lookin 60+ group, better than average. Still have some size, good separations. It gets tougher. The injuries add up... you lose some leg size and back thickness because you just can't handle the necessary weight anymore, and the skin gets stretched and saggy, but this group still looks great.
I understand these problems too well, but you have to keep your mind right and go do it anyway. I'm 57, and probably won't do another show until I turn 60.
