To stay that Lean, you have to keep Carbs Extremely Low or Keto.
He's not Smashing 200 Grams of Carbs a Day and looking like that.................... JP

Staying dry is hell at any age, but when you over 40, all hormones are going down. Even if he's on TRT, he should diet like a fucking soldier.

Im amazed at his conditioning. So hard to do that at an older age. He must be very healthy too in order to pull that off. Staying lean and light weight like that should prolong his life.

Smaller is better for living longer. This is true in most animal populations where size doesn't factor in to the ability to avoid predators etc.

68 is only 18 years away for me. This guy is very impressive and obviously dedicated to a level 99999999.9999% of men his age could not achieve. That said, when I hit 68, I would not want to be that dry. He looks shredded, yes, but a bit excessively dried out for my tastes. Plump op those muscles just a wee bit more for a better rounded and fuller look. I think one could still have that into and through their 60's.
