2)4 board press with light bands around 140,150 dumbells. 200lbs at the top. 95,135,185,225,275x3
3)Incline DB shrugs 50,60,70,80x20
4)Side laterals 20-3x20
5)Fat bar roller 25x1 set
6)Standing ABs 90-4x20
This was the 1st time using the 4 board with comp grip. It really smoked my triceps.
