1)Shirt bench 405x1, 455x1, 500x1, 545 dumped on stomach 585x1 PR!!!!!! 600 rammed up and lost it back over my face at the very top.
2)DB Ext 60-6x10 30 sec rest
3)CSR 225-4x10
4)Side laterals 25-3x20
5)Hammer curls 40,50,60x10
6)Standing ABs 100-4x20
This is the first max effort bench I have broken in a long time! It was a 40 pound PR, I have benched 545 a bunch of times and missed 585 at the very top. So when I dumped the 545 I said fuck it. I came here to bench 585 today and I need to take care of this now. I can't stress how important technique is, I really tried to slow things down and think about keeping my stomach high and keep tucking those elbows. I had a mental lapse with 545 and flattened out so in order to touch I had to dump the bar. My bad!
