i really hate to say this but for all the people here that love COD fish. COD is bottom feeder. but not just any kinda bottom feeder. their favorite type of food is fish Waste (shit) expesially farm raised cod! cause they dont eat anything but fish waste! thats why cod is always in with other fish when their at a farm. this is sad but true. if you dont belive me then look it up! im sure their is plenty more information about this on the net. just alittle food for thought hope i dont ruin anyones deit

List looks good. Agree on the red meat. They contain higher proteins.

yes, red meat has a higher protein than fish, you need to eat more meat about 2000 calories every day

I've been doing a routine of 1pound of steak with some heavy seasoning and then a side of salad and guac. Def will put the pounds on no matter what else you do.

In the mornings I still do Startbucks with one of their breakfast sandwiches which are pretty terrible but I'm still working on a breakfast I can make myself that does not taste like crud.

Adult cod typically eat sand eels, whiting, haddock, squid, crabs, lobsters, mussels, worms, mackerel, molluscs, herring, and smaller cod. Adult cod also feed on sprat, when I buy it I do as I do with salmon and get Alaskan wild caught.
