Great and I had graduated to these foods long before it was posted everywhere. Its not hard to cook and eat well. Quick and easy as any other food. What do I get in return. Im a guy that gains weight watching other folks eat so I have to be careful. Ive been up to 287 Lbs at 5'7. No that wasnt packed mass of muscle. More like jello. Anyway. LEan cuts of meat on hand like above with salad stuff and some greens can be kept fresh in the fridge and cooked easily. Especially if you are close to the Butcher, and produce. So dont BS yourself into thinkin there is no time. Im around 220 now and have been for a minute with perfect BP, and blood work at 42 when most of my office counter parts are on meds for cholesterol and High BP....
