i dont know what it is about my diet this time through but i am setting PR's on my deads off the floor and out of the rack, on back squats and front squats and on all my presses and i am 5 weeks out. i pulled 650 off the floor which tied my personal best when i was off season and front squatted 395 for 6 (really deep). well, at least i know i am maintaining muscle mass and i have tightened up a bit. wyldeone says i got about 6lbs to drop over the next 5 weeks. i am still weighing in at 242-243. i am only doing 30min tread work every day so i am not killing myself with the cardio-THANK GOD!. i will put up new pix next week at 4 weeks out.
