7 weeks and two days out from my first show!!

Here are some pics just over 7 weeks out from my first bodybuilding show. Last time I put who my prep coach was it got blanked out but you may know him as FF lol yes my posing is horrible definitely will be working on it a ton. I'm 5'8.5 and about 208 right now.

Absolutely! After this show I won't compete until november 2014 and focus on obviously adding a ton of size everywhere but really focusing on legs. I need a good amount of time and food training em every five days..they'll come up eventually!

i just did my first show and my advice is try to come into your goal more then a week out. That way your not scramming the last few days to finish. Even though you will have a huge buffer being LW. I was a MW trying to shave off 2 lbs the day before. Good luck man its a blast i am hooked.

I really don't care much about weight especially this being my first show. But I highly doubt there is 30 lbs of fat and water to drop between now and show day lol. Also the protocol I started this past week will undoubtedly have me hardening up while holding weight. But again we shall see just wanna come in shredded really and set that standard for myself.

You look great man! Dont do too much cardio, your legs look a bit flat maybe ease up on the cardio and just cut some cals
