One of my goals every year is to be in TOP condition for my yearly vacations.
In 7 weeks I will sitting in the sun enjoying the Gulf Of Mexico. I tried following a program a few weeks ago, but I ran into several obstacles that slowed my progress. I've been working 12-14 hour days, not packing enough of the right foods and just eating bad, and not having enough time to train properly. I've also not been sleeping enough to really recover correctly. I know.....excuses, excuses Anyways, I'm feeling a little depressed thinking I may have just waited to long. I'm not certain I can do it within 7 weeks. I've still not given up hope however. I really could use some motivation and advice from you guys. My goal is not to be massive and big this year but rather slender and cut. Heres what I'm working with:

I realize diet is crucial here and this is where I could use some major help. As far as training goes, I'm following a DC style training program. Other than whey protein and EAS low carb bars I'm not using any other supplements.
