next year I plan on bulking and wish I'd hit the 270 lbs mark with a correct bf%

if I'm able to, and injury free, then I want to compete and maybe one day obtain an IFBB pro card (it's possible sometimes at national level when you're really good compared to the other)
and the guy who now takes care of my diet told me I easily have a european level which is cool

actually my main concern is water balance, I learn to handle it correctly

it takes time to know a body and I'm only 24 years old now so ... TIME TIME TIME lol

I thought it would be tough for you to top the pics of you last summer but you certainly have. Your wheels look like you've added more size and maintained excellent separation and somehow you managed to get your shoulders even wider and more defined.


Your effort and results are top notch. Maybe it's time to think about competing.
