I feel like this point has somehow got lost in this thread. My opinion is to stick to what your coach tells you. In the end, see how you look and how you do. If you don’t follow his plan for you, and you don’t look good, you really can’t put the blame on him. If it doesn’t work out, make a change after this show.But I will close by saying that fatigue is normal in this stage of prep. If it were easy everyone would be a competitive bodybuilder. It will and should be hard. That’s what makes it worth it.
