7 weeks out fatigue, weight stall cause of diet but mostly training.

But I will close by saying that fatigue is normal in this stage of prep. If it were easy everyone would be a competitive bodybuilder. It will and should be hard. That’s what makes it worth it.
I feel like this point has somehow got lost in this thread. My opinion is to stick to what your coach tells you. In the end, see how you look and how you do. If you don’t follow his plan for you, and you don’t look good, you really can’t put the blame on him. If it doesn’t work out, make a change after this show.

You are on Mast currently. You also need to keep in mind that you just added tren which shift those numbers as well.

Using an AI as needed at low dose during a prep is much different than blindly abusing one year round without bloodwork. Utilize the tools you have at the right time.

Your coach should be able to help you with all of these items. If not there are many great coaches on this board.
I am my coache's first enhanced athlete, so I took it up to me to use the gear. My way of thinking was to that this way I have enough test for the necesary e2 and then fill with other anabolics for their unique benefits, such as mast for dryness and tren for increased output and muscle retention.

I also agree, whether I like it or not I shouldn't mix 2 schools of thought otherwise noone can take responsibility and I wont be able to see what works and what not. Worst case scenario, I try things different next time.

Explains a lot lol.

Which info of the above gave it away?
I think what they are pointing at is that your coach doesnt have much experience managing steroids for people and that can be an issue, but at the same time a kind of "blessing" as he would tread slow and not just throw the kitchen sink at you. But anyway from your other thread you sound over worked and under recovered.

This one I definitely am, anytime I get 2 rest days in a row I feel like it's a blessing. He freaking disagrees with rir 1 though, are we building muscle here or just keeping it? If it's the former, rir 1 can definitely do the job or even build IMHO

Just get a new coach.

What’s the point of paying someone if you don’t agree with what they’re saying, don’t think they know what they’re on about or don’t follow it you’re just wasting your money and both of your time and efforts

If he’s a friend you can still train with him and if not who cares it’s just business

You literally just told him the opposite yesterday lol.

So neither of you have any idea what you are doing and it’s your first show coming right off of a power lifting competition.

Skip the show, hire an experienced bodybuilding coach and take a true progressive off season for bodybuilding, learn from reading past threads on here a then compete after you’ve done that.

Over training isn’t the problem here.

I’m with @TheOtherOne55, this thread got weird. lol

You made up your mind that your coach doesn't know what he's doing, so just do whatever you want. I would give him the respect to stop wasting his time and move on.

For what it's worth, I agree with him. If you drop your intensity you'll start losing muscle. There are some other options to work with though. You already increased the dose, so I would stick with that a couple weeks and see how it affects your training. You can split up your longer workouts so you can keep the intensity high. So instead of one back workout with 12 sets, you have 2 back workouts with 6 sets each. Whenever my strength starts tanking after a few sets that's usually a sign I need a refeed, but you're too far behind to refeed right now. If you can pick a show that is 4-6 weeks later, that would give you some room to get yourself back on track.

I might have been misunderstood. I am not expecting in any way for my coach to be a PEDs expert, with the only caveat that even tho my thyroid is ok, couldn't I optimise it a bit more? Other than that, what I mostly ask on this thread is whether training to failure is really that necesary.

It all goes hand in hand. Being enhanced now means that you should be able to train much harder.

But yes training to failure through each workout should be the goal whether thats throw low volume, high intensity or vice versa.

You need to pay an experienced coach or spend some time on here reading. It sounds like your mind was made up before you made this thread.

That’s all the free advice I have for you. Best of luck.

As I said before, I really appreciate the time you took to help me out.

As others have said, you should find a coach that you’re compatible with. You don’t like how he’s operating now, you won’t like it in the future either. No point in letting resentment build up, just cut ties early on and find someone who can make decisions based on your feedback.

Alternatively, you could stick with him until the show and if you look and feel horrible you now have proof of what doesn’t work. When you find a new coach you can lay all the data out for him so he doesn’t make the same mistakes as your current coach. Just my 2¢
