Thanks, yeah the legs will definitely be the last to come in. But fortunately I'm in a great spot right now with time left, my calories are still about 2600/day, and I'm doing a total of 100 minutes of cardio per week. Still dropping 1.5-2lbs a week. So I SHOULD not have any excuses

Thanks, it been going great. My normal macronutrient totals for the day are about P/C/F 300/225/40 and I had a scheduled cheat meal last sunday and I went NUTS (at LEAST 1000+ carbs for the day), I woke up .4 lbs heavier then next day and hit a new low 2 days later
I'm figuring out what works for me pretty quickly, it seems like my trainer already knows though
