7 Weeks Out

your condition is quite good for 7 weeks outta your first contest


in the future, i would simply had some thickness in your back, and make it wider for a better V-shape
(+ legs)

about your posing, i think you've had solid advice (knees, angles, smile...)

Overall your conditioning is decent for 7 weeks out...Everyone hold conditioning differently. What I mean is that some people at 7 weeks out will look like they could walk on stage, while other's look like they are 10 weeks out. But, reguardless they both walk on stage with the correct conditioning to win the show. So being this is your first show, I would say your right on schedule for you.

With the boxer's on (and not trunks) its hard to see what your legs really look like, vs. the rest of your body. Your upper body looks good, overall. Decent thickness, (for your first show) your legs I would say are a tad underdeveloped, but that will come in time. Doesnt look weak really, as they might look more even with trunks on.

Overall I'd say your on track. Focus on conditioning, not worry about the scale...
