I think there’s a point if diminishing returns with test. It’s been my experience that anything over 1.5 grams to 2 grams of test per week is a waste. The receptors seem to get overloaded and can’t use it. This brings about side effects. But some heavy weights might benefit from a little higher dosage if they are very advanced.
