ive gained 5lbs since i started with phil about 2 weeks ago, weighed 216lbs just before i took these. i dont think my quads look as lean as they did 2 weeks ago but that might be due to the 5lb increase in weight.

thanks...... i never feel like im in good enough shape, ever. i was stressed the night before the show last year because i thought i wasnt lean enough but i guess everyone is there own biggest critic. i know im not the biggest guy so i always feel like i need to bring exceptional conditioning to any show i do.
 
Being super critical can be a good thing to a point. Striving to be better is very self motivational.

From shows I've seen and judged, top conditoning can beat size. That is what judges look for first. So you have the right idea. just keep doing what you are doing.
