So far my best showing was the 2007 Jr Nationals, so to a certain extent I use my pictures from that prep to gauge how far ahead or behind schedule I am.
Right now I'm pretty much where I was at 8 weeks out of that show, but about 8-10 pounds heavier.
Fortunately I haven't had to push the diet or cardio as hard to get there as I did in 2007 - I stayed leaner this offseason, but still added a decent amount of muscle.
So I'm pleased with where I'm at now, but it's time to start pushing harder.
My plan is to be pretty much "there" at 2 weeks out, then coast in to the show.
