great comparison!! now that i think of it, i tried var from a few different sources. all resulted in the same heart related effects as when i was experimenting with *finils while also consuming
caffiene. i have all types of *finils in the pantry and in the 'medicine' drawer.
i no longer use *finils nor do i intentionally use caffiene. not coffee, energyu drinks, pres, nothing.. now if i get caffiene from a soda(i know bad) or from a chooclate bar,
then ok.. but caffiene isnt my morning go-to.. right now i am liking 25-50mg of Delta-9-THCV(varin).
puts me in a good mood, improves focus while also being somewhat stimulating.

back to var..

each time i tried var i thought the var was spiked with clen. or maybe i received clen instead of var.. but not from various sources.. so must be something inherent to var.

if i was to try var again i'd probably keep it 10-15mg..

i like halodrol/tbol .. even at 10-20mg i see increased strength and running stamina.
also seems to raise libido for a couple weeks, then back to 'baseline'

I will say my libido with Var skyrockets. I’m new to Tbol so this will be interesting.

Strange question, I drink coffee mornings primarily for the bowel movement. Without coffee do you have any morning routines to initiate this?

i take 400mg of magnesium citrate as part of the night time cocktail.
i also have another 100mg upon waking.. seems to do the trick...
takes a while longer than using caffiene.. i'm usually regular about two hours after waking.
like nick bare, youre probably wanting to flush out within 1hr of waking.

I wake up at 4:30, like to get my emails done for the day and prep and out the door at 6. Life is non stop till I get home so if I can’t get it out before I leave.. Winds ups getting awkward…
 
Thursday 1/27 Update


Morning Swim - 200, 2x50, 2x100, 2x50, 100, 6x50 sprints

Second Swim - 100, 8x50 form focus

Strength session - 6 rotation through
Front squat, sled drag 60 meters, walking lunges 60 meters, single leg SLDL

One hour bike session


Someone (my beautiful wife) decided to make a pizza from scratch last night. Needless to say I’m feeling like a fat fuck today, hence the bike session yesterday. Filled out thicker than a snicker after eating it. Took 30iu of igf and popped on the bike after eating.

Happy Monday everyone, hope your weekends were fantastic.

Weekend was

Saturday Swim and 4 hours static range work
Slept about 10 hours
Sunday - pure laziness around the house



Monday Update
Swim 200m warm up, 6x50 sprints, 4x25 sprints

Run 30 min warm up. Wanted to feel out my calf a bit. 1 mile 8 min pace. 1 mile 7 min pace. 1/2 mile 6 min pace, started to get a bit tight

Strength training circuit 8 sets through - tried popping a T-Bol 90 min prior to training. Honestly felt a bit out of it. Didn’t feel like it added anything.

Clean and jerk 10 reps, dumbell swing and jerk 10 reps, seated cable rows 15 reps, overhead medicine ball toss 12 reps, 30 sit ups

One hour bike ride and stretching


Few things, going to try upping my dosage slightly on the SR I feel like I’ve gotten kind of used to it. It’s 7:30 pm and I’m ready to crash, usually I’m wired at this time. Also really didn’t notice the T-bol. Any recommendations here?

Fuck modafinil. I take it at 4:30am and going to bed at 10pm requires ambien+Benadryl.

I love my productivity, but the half life is so fucking long. I think it’s like 16 hour half life.

But that was 200mg. Maybe I should try like 50mg?
 
I've utilized 100mg for both pro and nuvigil. Seems to do the trick but a huge drop off regarding its' quality of result.

I've been playing with this stuff and enjoying it so far

Weight 213 - I’ve been eating cleaner than ever and still gaining weight and heart rate seems a bit high throughout the day. Going to stick to the dosage until then 10th but dropping the anavar completely.


Swim 200, 6x50 sprints, 4x25 sprints all CSS then 500m freestyle

Run just one mile at 7 min pace - felt a bit sluggish.

Strength training chest
6 sets of max reps at 315 (2-3 reps per set). 5 round circuit dumbell chest press, neutral grip push ups, weighted pull ups with 40 pound vest, 30 sit ups

One hour bike

Wednesday Update
Swim - 4x50, 100, 50, 100, 2x50, 100, 2x50

Speed work - 30 warm up, 3 sets of 400s at a 5:30 pace 3 sets of 200s at a 5:00 pace

Durability work circuit
5 reps front squats, 5 reps back squats, 10 reps TRX pistol single sided squats, 10 reps SLDL - 8 rotations through

Had to fly to Seattle for the rest of the week, today will be recovery with just a hour on the bike.


NOTE- felt ridiculously winded all day yesterday. Realizing heavy cardio days 5x per week might be a bit taxing!

Weekend or eating garbage and skiing took its toll! Easy cardio day to get back into the swing of things


Swim - 12 sets of 25M underwaters - 100, 50, 150, 50, 50, 200, 50, 50

Run - Just a 35 min distance to feel out the soleus. Still not feeling great. Sprints I’m solid but anything long slow distance with different muscle recruitment and it starts to act up.

Swim - 200M x 8

Asking if I can pop into the next event and slide my date right due to my darn calf.


Also - I feel like the SR is losing its effectiveness. Raised dosage to 7mg no effect on sleep now??

all that winter activity probably ate through the garbage..

when i was running 5-6 miles per day.. i'd finish and then eat a whole large pizza.
kept abs, flat stomach.. looked full as ever the next morning..
although i was still running LOW doses of tren base and DHB-cyp at the time..
winter 2020 - summer 2021.

since the summer my weekly miles have slowly declined.. then ultimately stopped dec 2021.
playing full court basketball thanksgiving weekend and i tweaked my knee.. been adding miles recently, but have mainly been
on the stair master every day to keep my endurance up.

i've stuck with 2iu of GH for the last week(with hopes of fully healing my knee).. although my face is fatter, and i've added 10lbs.. water it seems.
HR is slightly elevated and i'm walking around much warmer.
ran a mile late the other night, with just a long sleeve shirt and sweatpants.. was probably mid-upper 30s..
late night crisp air through my lungs felt so good.

upper 40s, into the 50s, and the shirt comes off.. three miles into a run, and that air feels GREAT!
 
How did you like that DHB and how did it affect cardio based activities man? I have some but hesitant to start it.

i stayed strong, lean, and 'recovered' during that time. at the end though, i started feeling low e sides.
especially in my knees. lethargy also became an issue.

tren base doesnt seem to have the same cardio impact that tren-ester does.. may be due to clearance time.

end of summer i dropped everything except test, then started playing with ment again, and some other
things here and there.

ill probably start another DHB course soon.. just havent been committed to consistent pins of late..
i'm also a week into a GH run from a different source.. no sneezing or allergic responses, as seen
with another source's GH. want to see if i can get my knee back to 90% so i can increase my weekly mileage
back to where it was prior to my basketball incident.
