wondering about cardio also. Thanks
if not asking too much info, what are the staple foods of the diet? (ie sources of meat/protein, carbs, greens)
and are they based on what he usually eats or what you suggest? (just curious about that part)

whats leg day look like...???....vague is fine.
his hammys are his weakest thing.....but they are there...
i think he needs focus on them YES....a hammy day maybe...
10 sets or so....kinda like a secondary leg day....straight legs
and standing curls (they work sooo much better then laying or seated)
hes got great quads....this is just me knit picking him.....
is he pulling deads regularly....???
well hes still young.......he has PLENTY of time to improve..
and hes still learning.....
great improvement in 8 weeks....
but, how much of a weight loss in that...???
how much did he lose...???
hes holding on to muscle very well...while cutting.....that's the name
of the game,
