8 weeks of Dieting without starving, before and after pictures

Here is 8 weeks progress. Calories are well over 3000. I don't believe in many cheat meals and I believe in consistency. He has 10 weeks to go, so he will not starve.

if not asking too much info, what are the staple foods of the diet? (ie sources of meat/protein, carbs, greens)
and are they based on what he usually eats or what you suggest? (just curious about that part)
very inspiring pics. looks to be listening to your advice!:)

That boy loves to eat chicken. I try to get him to mixed it up and eat fish, but he hates fish. I am not going to force him to eat something he will not like. I also have him add some extra protein drinks. I have him take in grass fed Isolate sweeten with stevia. He eats what I suggest, but of course I ask if he likes one food choice over another.

More with his Diet, then training. I watched him train. He does leg ext, squats, leg presses, leg curls. I think he should focus on training hamstrings first though. What do you think?
 
his hammys are his weakest thing.....but they are there...
i think he needs focus on them YES....a hammy day maybe...
10 sets or so....kinda like a secondary leg day....straight legs
and standing curls (they work sooo much better then laying or seated)
hes got great quads....this is just me knit picking him.....

is he pulling deads regularly....???

Off season he went up to 255. He is 235 now.
 
Eating very clean. As far as macros, I just make sure he is getting enough protein for that huge frame, lower fats and lower carbs when needed. The Diets I do are very long term, we started at 18 weeks out, sometimes I do 20. I don't like to starve people at the end or do excessive cardio.

Great work brother, he looks really good and he still got plenty of time to bring in all the details. Awesome
