My diet isn't too hard to follow lol.

3.5 scoops protein, either .5 cup carb powder/fruit/veggies (equivalent to approximately 55 grams of carbs), and about 1.75 tablespoons olive oil.

Multiply that by 7 and that's my day. I can't say that I do too much chewing these days

I just wanted to ask where do you get your carb powder from, good luck with your show keep it up man

You are dialing it in man.....seriously depending on how much leaner you get....it looks like you could have shredded glutes. Your legs are comming in really tight and your back looks fantastic...two areas that most guys in your class are gonna neglect. Everyone can get big arms to a certain degree but when a competitior comes out with a nasty back or legs...it grabs your attention. Unless there are 5 freaks doing the open, Id say youll have no problemo with a top 5 placing. Maybe I dont know shit, but it looks good to me.

Well I'm already down to be 17 days out. I haven't done any cardio, my diet is 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat. I'm just using meal replacements, protein powder and ETS (a microlactin supplement) all from atlarge nutrition.

The sideburns and the goatee are a cool look for you too. Not many people can grow it and shave it to look like that. It looks like you have more of an edge. I like the way you think very modest, its better to just go in there doing your best and having fun with it rather then saying your gonna do this and that and Im gonna win kind of attitude like most people do , then once they have lost get a rude awakening and make up tons of excuses,,, its up to the panel of judges nothing us BBs can do about that so just have a good time up there .

Oh and by the way i dont really think youll have any trouble placing if not winning bro .
